Bueno, me salto el Animal Crossing, del que ya os hablaré largo y tendido mañana, para comentar un poco el tema del Wii Motion Plus. Esto sí que es una revolución. digan lo que digan las malas lenguas. Porque hace que la consola cumpla con lo que se esperaba de ella antes de que saliese al mercado. El nivel de respuesta que se consigue con este pequeño cacharro, que se acopla al mando original (aprende Sony, se pueden mejorar los mandos sin sacar un modelo completamente nuevo cada poco tiempo) permite un grado de interacción mucho mayor. De momento, lo triste es que sólo hemos podido probarlo con Wii Sports Resort, que no está mal, pero no llega a dar una idea del alcance de este invento. Con él hemos jugado a los tres deportes que, de momento, están disponibles en este juego: peleas de espadas, tiro de frisbee y moto acuática. La primera es realmente divertida. Es lo que siempre soñamos hacer con Zelda, Red Steel y demás. Mover una espada a nuestro antojo, parar golpes, golpear nosotros.... Con la segunda es cuando queda más en evidencia la mejora del reconocimiento de nuestro movimiento. Porque es mucho más lento y nos deja ver cómo se muestra en pantalla cada giro, posicionamiento y demás que realicemos en la vida real. Por último, en la fase de la moto acuática, el reconomiento no es tan alucinante. Pero, vaya, no por ello el juego resulta menos interesante.
Como decimos, este nuevo dispositivo ofrece muchas posibilidades. Y, lamentáblemente, no hemos podido verlas. Esperamos que el futuro nos llegue con mucha compatibilidad Wii Motion Plus para que podamos sacar jugo a sus nuevas posibilidades.
